Our Birthday parties are a firm favourite! We have worked hard to offer you the complete package at an affordable cost. Our parties are fully run by our friendly, fun and professional team of staff, so you can sit back and relax and leave everything to us from start to finish! All parties include an hours arts & crafts based on your chosen party theme, followed by party food, games and dancing. We also have a mascot called Crafty Bear who comes out with the birthday cake.

We can provide pretty much everything in house, there's lots to choose from to complete that special day!

Whats included?

Included in the price are the arts & crafts, food, games with prizes and a party bag each! We have lots of different themes you can choose from- Painting, Decopatch, Foam Clay, Lego themed, Sweet Tree Making, T Shirt design, Design your own Jute Bag, Teddy Making, Glow in the Dark & Chocolate Making. 

When are the time slots?

Parties are 2 hours for 2 years+ and 1 hour and half for younger. We do parties at all times, after school, holiday times and weekends. The time slots for weekends are both Saturday and Sunday, 10:30-12:30, 13:00-15:00 and 15:30-17:30.

What is the food?

Included in the price are cheese, ham and jam sandwiches. fruit, cucumber, crisps, fairy cakes and squash. You also have the option to purchase other food from us if you wish. We do not allow food or drink to be brought onto the premises other than the birthday cake. If there are dietary requirements please inform us. We do also have a menu on offer in addition to the food provided and hot & cold drinks can be purchased.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is the birthday cake, candles and serviettes. This is so we can cut the cake up for you and add it to the party bags.

Should parents stay?

We only require the birthdays child parent or guardian to stay. Parents are welcome to stay if they wish and we have a sofa area in Chingford where you can relax with a coffee or a bite to eat, but it is not essential for parents to stay.

How many can we cater for?

Our parties are for 10 - 32 children. 

You would book your party based on the number you are inviting and you have until 24 hours before to confirm your final numbers. Should the numbers be less on the day you are required to pay 50% per head. If you are wanting to book for less than 10, then we do have group booking options for a minimum of 6. 

What is included in the party bags?

Two age relevant items. You are welcome to add to the party bags, however we do ask you that the items are not ones we sell please.

Is it just birthday parties we do?

No, we also do hen parties and baby showers, we can cater for any parties, so just give us a call if you have an enquiry and I am sure we can help!

What else do we offer?

We take the stress out of planning that special day and have lots of optional extras, so you do not have to spend time shopping about. We can supply additional items for the party bags, such as craft kits, pick 'n' mix sweets, personalised gifts and chocolate bars. You can also have an handprint canvas of all the children to remember your little ones special day. We can also provide a buffet for adults, or tea and cakes. Or why not add some 'sparkle' on the day with our in house face painter, who can also do glitter art. So we really do have it all covered, you can decide what package you would like and let us do the rest!
